Cleve Dean was an American professional arm wrestler who achieved numerous titles and world records during his career. He was born on June 7, 1957, in the United States and grew up in Georgia. Dean started arm wrestling in the early 1970s and quickly gained recognition for his exceptional strength and technique. He went on to win over 20 national championships and eight world championships in the super heavyweight division.

Dean was known for his massive size, standing 6 feet 7 inches tall and weighing over 400 pounds. He had an incredibly strong right arm, which he used to win most of his matches, earning the nickname "The Arm." His iconic battles with fellow arm wrestler John Brzenk were legendary, with both athletes pushing their limits and setting new records.

In addition to arm wrestling, Cleve Dean appeared in several movies and TV shows, including Over the Top, The Night Stalker, and CHiPs. Unfortunately, Dean passed away on March 1, 2019, at the age of 61, leaving behind an impressive legacy in the world of arm wrestling.
